Suspect Pleads Guilty in Fatal Wells County Drunk Driving Crash

BLUFFTON, Ind. (WOWO): A New Haven man charged in an April drunk driving crash that killed three people has pleaded guilty to charges.
  
Twenty-six year old Anthony Dager has entered guilty pleas to felony counts of causing death while operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol of .15 or more.

The head-on collision on State Road 1 killed 72-year-old Rebecca Prentice of Ossian, 64-year-old Paul Penrod of Murray and 65-year-old Karen Smith of Bluffton.

The judge hearing the case will hand down a sentence August 6th in Wells Circuit Court.

Each felony carries a two to 12 year term, that means as much as 36 years behind bars.
