Syracuse Man Arrested on Meth Charges at Local Warsaw Store

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Tuesday afternoon, Warsaw police busted a Syracuse man on an active warrant as well as meth charges.  

Police received a tip about a man sleeping on a bench inside a local store. Police arrived on the scene and found Gary Kirkwood. During a search, police discovered he was in possession of items associated with the manufacture of methamphetamine. 

Additionally, during the search of Kirkwood’s moped, several other meth precursors were found as well as an HCL generator and two “one pot” methamphetamine labs.

Kirkwood was arrested and taken to the Kosciusko County Jail on an active parole warrant as well as charges of possession of precursors and manufacturing methamphetamine.
