Indianpolis police say a teen died after falling 5 floors from an apartment balcony near the campus of IUPUI. At about 3 in the morning yesterday, they got a call about loud music at a party. When they showed up to break it up and send everyone home, witnesses told the cops that Xavier Sommerville from Indy was trying to get away when he jumped from one balcony to the one below lost his grip and fell. Several people were given tickets for being under age and drinking.
