Terre Haute Man Dies in Fall at Construction Site

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) _ An autopsy has found that a western Indiana man killed in a fall at a construction site died from massive head trauma.

The body of 44-year-old Kenneth Waller of West Terre Haute was found Monday night in the basement of a building that's under construction in Terre Haute.

Assistant Police Chief Shawn Keen tells the Tribune-Star a relative of Waller's found his body after growing concerned when he failed to return home from work and didn't answer his cellphone.

Keen says Waller was last seen by his co-workers at the construction site about eight hours before his body was found. He says Waller was supposed to be checking on some windows directly above the level where his body was found.

No foul play is suspected in his death.
