STATEWIDE, (WOWO) — Recruits will have to pass a physical fitness test and complete 23 weeks of training before they become troopers.

Sergeant Matt Ames says there are 17 different career paths recruits can take, such as full-time SWAT team, scuba team, and an aviation section.

The application is due Sunday, April 28th.
