Tipton Man Arrested on Two Felony Charges

TIPTON COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A month long investigation by Indiana State Police has resulted in the arrest of 30-year-old Derek Hill of Tipton. He faces two felony charges for allegedly using a company's credit card to make five unauthorized transactions totaling over $3,200.

State police stared their investigation after an employee of B R and S Mechanical, reported that charges had been made on a business credit card that were not permitted. Hill was a former employee of B R and S Mechanical and therefore, was not authorized to utilize the company's credit card.

<p>He was arrested at his home in Tiption County and taken to the Howard County Jail because he supposedly used the credit card in Howard County.

This is still an active investigation.
