FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The trial of a Fort Wayne man accused of murder, has been pushed back once again. According to our partners in news at 21 Alive, 24-year-old Charles Benson was in court Wednesday where is attorney asked for a continuance.
Benson is charged with murder for the fatal September shooting death of John Holman on Eby Avenue. His next court date is scheduled for February 6th.
