PAULDING COUNTY, Ohio (WOWO) – Two people were arrested Friday afternoon after a warrant on indictment was issued by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office.

The warrant was issued for Zane C. Bartley, 32, for one count of Complicity to Aggravated Murder and one count of Aggravated Murder.

Information was presented to the Paulding County Grand Jury on Thursday, Nov. 8, regarding Bartley’s involvement in the homicide of Philip Koenn, which occurred on Sept. 20, 2018 in Cecil, Ohio.

Bartley was located Friday near Louisa, Kentucky just before 4 p.m. Marcella C. Wright, 29, was also located with Bartley. Wright has an unrelated warrant on indictment for Possession of Methamphetamine out of Paulding County.

Bartley and Wright will be extradited back to Paulding County in the near future.
