WELLS COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): The Wells County Prosecutors Office has released an update on the 16-year-old involved in the death of 3-year-old Owen Collins, of Bluffton. The Detention Hearing on Zachary Barker was continued yesterday at the request of Barker’s attorney. The status hearing, where it could be decided if Barker is waived from being tried as a juvenile and as an adult instead, is now set for March 9th. If no decision is made during this time, a waiver hearing will be held May 11th.
