UPDATE: Snow, Freezing Rain Possible in Addition to Flooding

NORTH WEBSTER, Ind. (WOWO): Serious weather concerns around the area. There are numerous flood warnings and watches in northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio.

Now the National Weather Service says add freezing rain to the mix of runoff from rain and melting snow. Light freezing rain is possible in some parts of the area. Otherwise, expect a mix of rain and snow through the early morning with temperatures well below freezing. There is a slight chance of snow for Monday and Monday night.

Here are the spots in our listening area under a flood warning or watches:
Indiana

Little River in Allen, Huntington and Wabash Counties, near Huntington.

St. Joseh River in DeKalb, Allen Counties near Newville. 
St. Marys River in Adams and Allen Counties, near Decatur and near Muldoon Bridge, just south of Fort Wayne the river is subject to a flood watch and could push to flood stage by midweek.

Spy Run Creek in Allen County, near downtown Fort Wayne

Ohio
Auglaize River in Defiance, Paulding and Putnam Counties. Specifically near Fort Jennings and the Defiance Power Plant.
Blanchard River in Putnam County, near Ottawa.
Maumee River in Defiance County, near Defiance.
St. Joseph River in Defiance County, near Newville, Indiana
St. Marys River in Van Wert County, near Decatur, Indiana.
Tiffin River in Defiance and Williams Counties. Flood conditions near Stryker.

Do not drive through flooded areas. Residents in some areas may need move property to high elevation or even evacuated from their homes
