Verdict Expected in Christmas Morning Shooting

We could have a judgment soon in the case of a Christmas morning shooting in Fort Wayne.
Today is the second day of a scheduled two-day trial for 33-year-old Senaca Lapsley.

He's charged with a December 25 shooting at Sports and Spirits Bar east of downtown Fort Wayne.

Lapsley is charged with five felonies including aggravated battery and criminal recklessness with a firearm. Two employees were injured.

According to Court documents, Lapsley was involved in a fight before being kicked out of the bar, but returned to fire the shots.
