STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind (WOWO): Steuben County police arrest Ted Benhower for failure to register as a sex offender.

On Saturday around 7:00 p.n., officers from the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of 4675 N 800 W in rural Steuben County after someone reported seeing Benhower, who had a felony warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.

Once officers arrived on the scene a search began. After about a 30 minute search of the wooded area Benhower was located and taken to the Steuben County Jail.
