KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Just before 2 a.m. Friday, officials in Kosciusko County arrested a wanted man after people called police and said that he was in the Barbee Lake area, south of North Webster. 41-year-old Matthew Boggs faces numerous criminal charges including forgery, stalking, theft, invasion of privacy, and possession of meth. Boggs wasn't granted bail, so eh'll remain in jail on the charges.
