BLUFFTON, Ind. (WOWO): Wells County Economic Development got final approval this morning for their strategic plan for economic development thru 2018. Director Tim Ehlerding tells WOWO news they're trying to stand out in a crowded field:

“We're in a great partnership with ten counties in northeast Indiana, but we're also in competition with all 92 Indiana counties. So we need to take steps to stand out in certain areas.”
