FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The woman, whose tirade on a Fort Wayne officer at IHOP went viral, has pleaded guilty to her charges.

42-year-old Shana Hancock will not spend any additional time behind bars, though. She pleaded guilty Thursday to two counts of battery against a police officer, resisting law enforcement and public intoxication. She was sentenced to three and a half years in prison, but her sentence was suspended. She also received two years of probation.

Hancock’s fit against a Fort Wayne officer was recorded by Dustin Sunderland. He pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing in August and was ordered to stay away from the IHOP on Coldwater.
