Woman trapped in I-69 Crash

ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): An Angola woman was critically injured after being pinned in crash Sunday in Steuben County.

Twenty-eight year old Christy Keaton was lodged in her vehicle for nearly an hour after colliding with semi near mile marker 346 – that's just southwest of Angola.

It happened around 6 p.m. last night. Authorities aren't sure why the crash happened.

The investigation continues. The driver of the semi was unharmed. Keaton was airlifted to a Fort Wayne hospital. 

Traffic was tied up for nearly three hours.
