COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) : A new report says medical malpractice claims in Ohio hit a new low in 2012.



The Columbus Dispatch reports the annual Ohio Medical Professional Liability Closed Claim Report from the Ohio Department of Insurance showed over 2,7000 claims in 2012, which is the last year for which the numbers were available.



The vast majority resulted in no payment.
