FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne Children's Zoo is teaming up with the Tincaps Saturday.

Saturday night is “Zoo Night at the TinCaps”, but the festivities actually get started Saturday morning. TinCaps players T.J. Weir and Taylor Cox will join Johnny the mascot in feeding the penguins at the Children's Zoo at 9:30 AM. Weir and Cox will then sign autographs at the zoo's Little Poof Plaza at 10 AM. 

At the ballgame, TinCaps jerseys will feature the face of Bill the lion, with the game-worn jerseys to be auctioned off at the game and online at tincapsjersey.com. The zoo will also bring some friendly zoo animals for fans to meet along the 3rd base concourse from 7 until 9 PM.
