FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – First Responders put on an active shooter drill at Carroll High School Saturday, according to our partners in news at ABC 21.

The drill involved the Huntertown Fire Department and EMS, Allen County Police, school leaders from Northwest Allen County, and students, who were used as actors.

Northwest Allen County school leaders say the students’ safety is their number one priority, and although they hope to never experience a real school shooting, they’ll be ready if it happens.
