FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A half-dozen Allen County-area charities are getting a little boost from Indiana First Lady Karen Pence.

A total of 36 organizations across the state are getting grants ranging from $500 to $1,000 from the Indiana First Lady’s Charitable Foundation, according to the Journal Gazette.

That includes six Allen County groups, including Mad Anthony’s Children’s Hope House, Bloom Project Inc., RESPECT360,  Fort Wayne Sexual Assault Treatment Center, Indiana Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs and the Fort Wayne Center for Learning.
