INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): Indianapolis Colts linebacker, Josh McNary, is facing a preliminary rape charge. According to WTHR in Indianapolis, McNary has been preliminary charged with felony counts of rape and criminal confinement and a misdemeanor count of battery resulting in bodily injury.

The charges are for an incident that was reported December 1, 2014. The Marion County Prosecutor's Office will review the case and decide whether to go forward with formal charges.
