COLUMBIA CITY, Ind. (WOWO): We know more about a fatal industrial accident Monday in Columbia City.

Forty-four year old Jeffrey Flory of Albion died from blunt force trauma as determined by the Whitley County coroner.  

According to the News-Sentinel, the man was pulled into a piece of equipment and was killed Monday night at Steel Dynamics, just east of Columbia City.  

Another probe, this one by the Indiana Department of Labor should provide more details on what led up to the accident.
