FORT WAYNE, Ind., (WOWO): A driver on her cell phone ended up flipping her vehicle on its roof Friday afternoon.
Our partners at 21Alive say the accident happened on I-69 Friday afternoon at the Illinois Road exit.
The driver and her female passenger were not hurt.
