WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): Wednesday night, Warsaw police got a tip of a man buying meth-making products at various stores. Officers found 28-year-old Joshua Stacy of Etna Green at his house, where they also located an active meth lab outside a shed on the property along with chemicals, precursors, and finished meth product. He was arrested on several charges and taken to the Kosciusko County Jail.
