Investigators Looking at Locomotive Video of Wheelchair Collision

KENDALLVILLE, Ind. (AP): Investigators say they hope video footage will reveal more information about the circumstances surrounding the death of a northeastern Indiana man in a wheelchair struck by a train at a railroad crossing. Forty-one-year-old Anthony Sills of Kendallville died when struck by a train Tuesday evening while crossing the city's Main Street railroad tracks in a battery-powered wheelchair.
