Ex-Subway Spokesman Fogle Arrives at Oklahoma City Prison

OKLAHOMA CITY (WOWO): Jared Fogle is settling into his new home for the next decade and a half.

Fogle has reached his permanent home in Oklahoma City where he is being held at the Oklahoma City FTC after initially being held in Kentucky after his sentencing.

He has also been given his planned release date. As of now he will get out of prison on July 11th, 2029…for some perspective that means children that are just three years old now will be preparing to enter college, Barack Obama more than three full presidential terms removed from office, and the new Star Wars movie will be considered old school.

Fogle did file his notice of appeal in the case, and that appeal will get its first hearing in January. Fogle's total sentence comes in at more than 15 years. The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago will handle his case from here.
