FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne Police Department wants your opinions on body cameras.

They're asking you complete an online survey, asking how much you support body cameras, whether you feel safer with them on officers, and other opinions on the devices. 

FWPD received a $126,000 federal grant in September to buy more than 100 cameras for its officers, and the department is preparing for life with the cameras. 

The cameras can record video and sound from an officer's location, but they don't capture everything an officer does.
