FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  The Allen County GOP Bean Dinner takes place this Wednesday.  GOP National Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel will serve as the keynote speaker for this year’s event with her speech scheduled to begin at about 7:15 p.m. with doors at the Grand Wayne Center set to open at 4:00 p.m. McDaniel is only the second woman to serve as GOP National Chair and was elected to a fourth term back in January.
