Henry Underwood to be formally charged today, but not for murder

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – A Fort Wayne man identified as a suspect in the shooting death of Terrance Miles will be formally charged today, but not for murder, according to our partners in news at ABC 21.

Henry Underwood will be charged for possession of a handgun.

Underwood is one of two men seen in video footage from Miles’ death, and has been considered a prime suspect since the shooting. He was arrested Thursday, June 1, in a traffic stop and taken to The Allen County Jail.

Prosecutors are still investigating the case. No one has been charged with the death of Terrance Miles.
