FORT WAYNE, In. (WOWO): A Huntertown man has been indicted on federal child pornography charges.

The U.S. Attorney's Office in Fort Wayne announced charges Thursday for 31 year old Dillon Kingsbery. He's charged with knowlingly receiving child porn along with possession of child porn. 

This came as the result of a late December investigation by Indiana State Police into BitTorrent downloads. The detective was able to determine Kinsbery downloaded child porn by linking to his IP address. 

Over 6,000 images and videos of suspected child pornography was found at Kingsbery's home in April. Kingsbery was arrested at the same time and charged locally, but his case will now be handled in federal court.
