INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard is asking his fellow veterans to wear their medals next week to raise attention in Washington. The 23-year Marine veteran and two-term mayor said Tuesday he plans to wear medals, ribbons and other military insignia he earned from Monday through Veterans Day.
