Kosciusko County Man Sets Parents’ House on Fire

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind (WOWO): It didn’t take long for police to track down the suspect in an arson fire Tuesday afternoon. James Osbourne Jr. of Warsaw was on scene when officers arrived and told them that he was upset with his parents and intentionally set their house on fire after they left.

He also told police that he wanted to “return to prison”. Osbourne also got into a physical fight with a nearby family member in the process. Osbourne was behind bars for resisting law enforcement, possession, public intoxication, and probation violation, but was released in August. He is now being held on $10,000 bond.
