Lawmakers Near Deadline for Tax, Budget Plan

Mike Pence on the size of a possible cut in the state’s individual income tax rate. Pence has been pushing for a 10 percent cut, while legislative leaders have hesitated to go along as they look to increase state spending on schools and road projects.
