Witness: Demo Chair Directed Forged Signatures

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WOWO): Prosecutors have rested their case in the trial of one of two men accused of forging signatures to place Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on the 2008 state Democratic primary ballot. Testimony will resume today in the trial of former St. Joseph County Democratic chairman Butch Morgan. Attorneys for party member Dustin Blythe rested their case yesterday.
