Fort Wayne’s own Teresa Sharpe won Oxygen Network’s Best Ink competition Wednesday night. The show, in its second season, featured tattoo artists competing to win not only bragging rights, but $100,000 and the opportunity to be on the cover of Tattoo Magazine. Teresa says she will save some of the money and use part of it to help her brother pay for college.
