Food service manufacturer Manitowoc announced that it will be closing its Fort Wayne facility by the end of April 2013. Around 200 employees are expected to loose their jobs due to the scaling back of operations.

The Manitowoc Fort Wayne facility will keep a satellite office in Fort Wayne to provide customer service and technical support for resellers, end users, and service agencies of its Lincoln brand ovens.
