Massive Data Centers Coming To Northern Indiana

NORTHERN INDIANA, (WOWO) — Microsoft is planning massive 245-thousand-square-foot data centers in St. Joseph and LaPorte Counties according to Inside Indiana Business.

The company announced that it is investing a billion dollars in the project that will create up to 200 new jobs while accelerating its Cloud service and AI.

Microsoft also acquired almost 930 acres near Granger for a second location – now in the planning stages.

The Microsoft Data Center joins the new multi-billion dollar Google Data Center in East-Central Allen County.

You ll remember this when you lose you electricity and the least opportune moment. I can easily exist without Microsoft, but I cannot exist without electricity and gas.

Just what we need. Less electricity to Microsoft can make more money. Yet they cannot make New Outlook work right.
