FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Two people were taken into custody Thursday night after a raid near downtown Fort Wayne. Just before 10:30 p.m., Fort Wayne Police served a search warrant at a home on Juliette Avenue, where they found 21 grams of cocaine and a small amount of the synthetic drug, spice. During the search, 40-year-old Chad Elder and 32-year-old Tracey Cochran were taken into custody and now face a number of charges. Two children were also home at the time, and have been placed with a relative.
