Second Suspect Arrested in Toledo Old West End Festival Shooting

TOLEDO, Ohio (WOWO): A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting at Toledo’s Old West End Festival that wounded multiple people earlier this month.

According to WTOL, 20-year-old Eljay Crisp-Carr was taken into custody and charged with 11 counts of felonious assault stemming from the June 6 shooting.

Investigators said the shooting left 12 people injured, most of them bystanders. All of the victims were expected to survive.

According to WTOL, police believe rival groups were involved in the incident. Authorities said another suspect, 20-year-old Ka Nye Taylor, remains wanted as the investigation continues.

Toledo police are asking anyone with information about Taylor’s whereabouts to contact investigators.
