FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): An Allen Superior Court Judge has forbid a couple from seeing their their seven children for at least six years after a child neglect judgment this morning.

In the high profile January arrest, authorities found the children, ranging from newborn to 14 years old in a filthy Fort Wayne Hotel room and not dressed for the below-zero cold. According to court records, the baby was placed in intensive care at the hospital and other were showing the effects of the weather.

41-year old Marian Clark and 42-year-old Robert Boyko pleaded guilty to seven counts of neglect. The judge handed down a four-year probation. They could have served up to six years in prison.
