FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne police officer has shot a man who was reportedly running from police.

At about 11:30 a.m. Saturday, officers arrived at 3rd Street near Schilling Avenue. Our partners in news at 21Alive are reporting the suspect was shot in the knee.
