DELPHOS, Ohio (WOWO): Police in Ohio are investigating a serious injury crash that happened just after 5 p.m. Thursday on State Route 66 north of Delphos near the intersection of Pohlman Road.
44-year-old Buck Fordney was driving a semi and attempted to pass a moped that was being operated by 14-year-old Peter Ankerman, when the two vehicles collided. Ankerman suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital. Police say he was wearing a helmet.
