LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Just before midnight Thursday, police in LaGrange County made a traffic stop on a vehicle on SR 9 just north of 600 S, for a traffic violation. During the stop, an officer detected a strong odor of marijuana and discovered 10 grams of marijuana and paraphernalia inside the vehicle. 18-year-olds Kaitlyn Luebke and Christjen Barnes were taken into custody. Another juvenile passenger was also arrested.
