TinCaps Set Attendance Record for First 12 Games at Parkview Field

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne TinCaps set an attendance record this year, hosting the most fans for their first 12 games at Parkview Field.

After setting multiple attendance records in 2014, the TinCaps are off to a record start for 2015. In their first dozen games, the TinCaps drew in almost 60,000 fans- Parkview Field's highest ever attendance for the month of April.

The TinCaps averaged 4,819 fans per game in April. Dayton was the only other team in the Midwest League to average more than 3,800. 

The team is back at Parkview Field for a consecutive six games, beginning next Thursday against the Lansing Lugnuts.
