Trial has been set for Thanksgiving night triple homicide

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – The trial has been set for a man charged in the Thanksgiving night triple murder, according to the Journal Gazette.

Kameron Joyner, 22 is being charged with three counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder in the Thanksgiving night shootings leaving Joevonn Johnson,23; Colton Messmer, 20; and Tracey Andrews, 21, dead.  Two others were shot but survived and were last heard to be in critical condition.

The three-day trial is set to start on August 13 with a pretrial conference set for February 22.

Police are still looking for Gerald Pinkston in connection with the murders.  He is also being charged with three counts of murder along with criminal recklessness.
