FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): 15-year-old Lashire Collins and 19-year-old James Starts III, both of Fort Wayne, were shot yesterday just before 5:00 P.M. Police say they were standing in the front yard of a home at the intersection of Smith Street and Senate Avenue when the shooting happened.

Both victims were taken to a hospital in critical condition. Collins was downgraded to stable, Starts to serious condition. The suspect was last seen running southbound in the alley west of Smith Street.
