FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Over 12 people have been arrested on charges of prostitution and patronizing a prostitute. The Fort Wayne Police Department teamed up with the Fort Wayne-Allen County Department of Health to conduct prostitution enforcement investigations throughout the city and to combat the potential for human trafficking, as well as sexually-transmitted diseases that come with them. Authorities focused on massage parlors and hotels and seized almost $2,000 in the process.
