COLUMBIA CITY, Ind. (WOWO): A missing Columbia City man who had a regional silver alert issued for him Monday afternoon has been found.

Whitley County officials were able to locate 79 year old Donald Beckner. He is “safe and sound” after being last seen Sunday evening at 7 PM.

Beckner suffers from dementia and officials thought he could have been in danger.
