FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The victim of a fatal shooting Monday night has been identified. 18-year-old Sean Walker was pronounced dead at the scene on Weisser Park Avenue near Pontiac Street. Around 7 p.m., officers responded to the area on report of shots being fired. That's when neighbors told police they heard gunshots. Officers found Walker in a vacant lot between two homes.
