UPDATED: Angola Man Changes Plea to Murder

ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): An Angola man charged with murder and attempted murder earlier this year is back in court today. 49-year-old Jeffrey Peppler originally plead not guilty to stabbing both his mother and sister in January. 

This morning, he appeared in Steuben Superior Court for a change of plea hearing. He has pleaded guilty to a count of murder and will face up to 65 years in prison when he is sentenced on August 28th. 

Peppler's mother was critically injured in the incident, but recovered. His sister did not survive.
